Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)
To protect the wellbeing of our customers and our staff we have implemented significant hygiene and social distancing measures inline with government guidelines that will for the time being allow our business can continue to operate. Many of our customers are involved in essential maintenance and upgrade work on NHS facilities at this time so we will continue operating with these additional controls in place for as long as it is reasonable to do so.
In order to keep our customers up to date with any changes, we will be making regular updates to the information below.
We have now implemented home working for most staff in sales, marketing and accounts. While we are still open as usual this has resulted in some delays responding to phone calls and emails. We appreciate your patience as we deal with this unprecedented situation.

We have implemented barriers to enforce distancing and extra hand washing measures for staff and customers. We are also limiting the number of customers that can enter at one time.

Current stock holding is good with good availability on most common lines.
We are experiencing some delays and extended lead times on special order items, especially imports.
Currently deliveries are running on time as usual although timed services such as pre 12:00 or pre 10:30 are unavailable.
