Commissioning a Pyronix Enforcer and getting Device 0 485 Fail after clean install (2000)

Only wired item not disconnected is a deltabell module. On initial power up alarm is triggered correctly. Tried a clean restart a few times clearing all wireless data and logs to no avail. Device 0 seems to be the default keypad being used to perform the clean restart. Anyone have any ideas?
