Having issues with Pyronix Enforcer, is there a way to reset to default?

Have installed the Pyronix Enforcer kit and remote wireless keypad ok, but on trying to add another wireless air the main control unit keypad is not responding, it asks for the password but on entering it it does not show menu, and alarm sounds.This is silenced by the additional keypad by entering code but I am unable to gain access to main control unit.I have tried a power down, battery remove/replace and power up but all I get is PLEASE WAIT and then the same situation.Is there a code for resetting the main unit back to factory spec and re-program all again?

Someone changed engineer code wireless enforca panel how can I reset or clean start the panel coustmer also don’t know user code
