Can the contents of the Pyronix alarm kits be swapped?

I want to buy a Pyronix Enforcer kit 3 but only need 3 PIR's. Can i swap a pir for a keyfob?

Unfortunately the kits are supplied by Pyronix as a complete item and the price of the components is heavily subsidised so it's not possible to swap them.
