I currently have the Byron 771 doorbell in my house and you list this as being 1 of the 4 compatible bells that will work with the Ezviz DB1. When wired up correctly, the door chime fails to work, do you know why this would be?

This works great, picture quality is better than my old ring and I can record to a memory card so i don't need to subscribe any more. It also works well with Alexa so I can just say "show me my front door" and it will display on my TV using my fire stick.
