The Monitor Audio W265 is a 65W in-wall 6.5" speaker with their C-CAM gold treble tweeter and C-CAM bass driver, making it ideal for applications such as home cinema or high-end audio installations.
C-Cam Gold Dome Tweeter:
The gold domed tweeter is formed from a ceramic-coated aluminium magnesium alloy, gold anodised to a specific thickness for ideal stiffness and dampening characteristics. Thinner, lighter, more rigid and more efficient than domes made from other materials which are prone to distortion in the audio band.
C-Cam Driver:
Ceramic coated aluminium magnesium cones have a much larger resistance to distortion and therefore exhibit much greater fidelity over their entire operating range.
