Will it work with two Sat decoders each one watching a different channel.

You will likely require a twin or quad LNB to allow multiple connections from your LNB to more than one receiver. If your sat decoder has multiple tuners, you should be able to use a quad LNB to supply two signals to the decoder allowing multiple channels to be viewed at once.

Is the quad LNB okay for a motorised satellite dish. I have two leads to two satellite receivers. But I want to put a lead to a third satellite receiver.

No, Sky dishes use a 38mm clip-in LNB rather than a 40mm collar style LNB. Product 11748 is an LNB suitable for sky dishes and freesat.
