PRODUCT DETAILS

Our Sky Zone 2 satellite dish is the larger of the Sky dishes with a 76cm diameter making it suitable for Scotland or anywhere else where better reception is required. It also performs better during bad weather than the smaller zone 1 dish.

The dish is supplied with a wall mount and requires a compatible LNB available separately.

Does the wall bracket come with securing bolts and rawl plugs?

Wall fixings are not included but we sell anchor bolts and coach screws that would be suitable.

My existing wall mount pole is 3.5cm diameter. Please can you tell me if the bracket on this dish is large enough to accept a 3.5cm mounting pole.

No unfortunately not, the pole bracket with the zone 2 dish only accepts poles with a diameter up to 1.25-Inch (3.175cm).

These dishes are manufactured by Triax and are not Sky branded, although you shouldn't notice any difference between these and the Sky branded dishes

Is the dish as suitable for use in a marine environment? Will it easily rust?

The dish is powder coated but is not made from anti-corrosive material. Any chips or scratches in the coating will lead to rust developing in that area but small amounts of rust don't usually affect performance.
