Hello there, will these be suitable for 10mm armoured cable, which has a outer diameter of 18mm, cheers phil.

These would not be suitable due to the bend radius of the armoured cable

Should these covers be flat when purchased? The ones I got online are not, with the result that they curve when attempted to lay flat against the wall

As these are a fairly thin plastic, these can sometimes have a slight curve to them which can sometimes be affected by the temperature. They should be flexible enough to manipulate straight again or should stay straight once adhesive is applied and affixed to the wall.
