PRODUCT DETAILS
The Kraftform Zyklop Speed is a 'one stop' tool that Wera have designed using brilliant German engineering, that makes any job requiring a ratchet quicker, easier and more efficient.
The Zyklop Speed features a flywheel design which ensures high working speeds and Wera have managed to combine 5 different ratchet types into a single tool. In addition, it can even be used as a screwdriver.
The sockets also features Wera's 'Take it Easy' colour coded Tool Finder system, enabling you to select the correct tool at a glance.
The Kraftform Zyklop Speed 28 piece set is supplied in a handy space saving textile box with a Velcro bottom and comes complete with 9 colour coded sockets, 1 Zyklop extension (long) with free-turning sleeve, 2 adaptors and 15 bits in a length of 50 mm.
1 - Speed
The Zyklop Speed ratchets feature a gyrating mass design that accelerates the screwdriving action.
The rotation-symmetric structure of the Kraftform handle and the free-turning sleeve reinforce this rapid twisting process.
This makes turning the handle more efficient, particularly when the ratchet does not engage due to too little resistance in the thread.
2 - Small Return Angle
The Zyklop Speed has a reversible ratchet with 72 fine-pitched teeth and a small return angle of only 5°.
This makes a very short stroke and allows for fast and precise work in small or confined areas.
3 - Ball Lock
The simple ball lock design on the Zyklop Speed allows for the sockets and attachments to be released at the push of a button.
When the button is released, the ball lock holds the sockets and attachments securely, ensuring safe working.
The attachments can be changed over when the head is at any position, including 90°.
4 - Freely pivoting ratchet head
The ratchet head pivots freely and can be locked into position using the switch positioned on either side.
By locking 0°, 15° and 90°, both to the left and right, the head can always be set to offer the optimum angle to ensure safe working without any slipping.
This is particularly useful when working in confined or difficult to access areas with enhanced hand clearance.
5 - Selectable left or right
The Zyklop Speed features a thumbwheel below the head that can be used to quickly and easily switch between clockwise and anticlockwise rotation at any time, without having stop what you are doing.
This one handed operation is hassle free and speeds up work time, ensuring jobs are finished with minimal fuss.
6 - Conventional Screwdriver Mode
When set in the 0° position, the Zyklop Speed can be used as a conventional screwdriver but with the added benefits of the Wera technology. Simply attach the unique bitholder adaptor and a bit.
This set comes complete with bitholder adaptor and 16 bits.
7 - Ergonomic Ratchet Head
The Zyklop Speed is a quality product that is a joy to hold. The ergonomic head is designed with finger recesses that offer perfect contact surface for the hand or fingers to turn the head.
Robust Fabric Textile Box
The Zyklop Speed 28 Piece Set is housed in a compact and robust textile box.
Each tool, adaptor and bit is presented to you within easy reach and each part clips in securely to avoid loss. The case also features a loop at the rear to enable it to be fastened to trousers or work-belts leaving both hands free to get on with the job in hand.
Each textile box offer the tools protection against the elements and has a high resistance to cuts and stabs. Thanks to the hook and loop fastener system; bags, box's and pouches can be fastened together to create a combination of exact tools you need for any one job.
