PRODUCT DETAILS

The Tenda TEG1105P is a high-performance 5-port full Gigabit desktop PoE switch designed for small to medium-sized surveillance projects. Ports 1-4 comply with the IEEE 802.3af standard (maximum PoE power output: 15.4 W) and 802.3 at standard (maximum PoE power output: 30 W). The switch offers a maximum PoE power output of 58 W and can supply power to APs, IP cameras, and IP phones and exchange data with them through CAT5 cables. It also provides simple management modes such as VLAN to help reduce cabling costs of IP terminals like APs and IP cameras.

Its compact steel case has a small desktop footprint and offers strong heat dissipation. The 4 10/100/1000 Mbps auto-negotiation ports increase transmission rates by 10 times which in turn improves large file forwarding rate and effectively solves problems such as video jams and picture loss in high-definition surveillance environments. 


VLAN Mode

The TEG1105P also features a VLAN switch that provides simple port isolation preventing connected devices accessing each other.

Built-in Lightning Protection

In real project, APs or cameras are usually installed in outdoor or a higher position, which also increases the camera and PoE switches the probability of lightning shock. The result is the individual equipment damaged, or lead to the whole local area network (LAN) paralysis. Tenda TEF11 series switches have professional lightning protection design - up to 6KV port and power supply thunder prevents, with two levels of protection design respectively, effectively restrain the power of lightning from cable, which is equivalent to give the entire network monitoring system with a security fence, The test standard is much higher than the national CE request. In thunderstorms weather, it can also provide monitoring network stable and reliable services and protect the images transmission normally.
