PRODUCT DETAILS
The Tenda AP5 is wireless access point designed to boost the range of your existing Wi-Fi and creates a stronger signal in properties that are prone to weak Wi-Fi signal, such as larger properties or older buildings with thicker walls.
Application
With its wall mounted design and PoE (Power over Ethernet) power supply, the AP5 can be placed anywhere in the property to increase Wi-Fi signal where needed, without the need for a power outlet.
If the Wi-Fi range needs to be increased further still, the AP5 has a range extender button that can be used to increase the power and extend the Wi-Fi range, perfect for surfing the web in the garden. To save money and energy this can be switched off when not required
Multi Operating Modes
The AP5 comes with several operating modes for various scenarios including Universal Repeater for extending an existing Wi-Fi signal, WISP (Client & Router) which wirelessly connects to ISP hotspots to share Internet for local wireless and wired devices, and Station (Client) which works as a wireless adaptor to connect to your wired devices.
