Hikvision DS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZHSWG 2MP IP LPR Camera with Wiegand

The Hikvision DS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZHSWG is a 2 Megapixel network Bullet camera with built-in ANPR number plate recognition which works in conjunction with Wiegand interface. Darkfighter technology provides colour images in ultra low light conditions and the DeepinView intelligent algorithms can determine whether an event is human/vehicle or a false alarm.  H.265+ compression uses less memory and bandwidth while retaining image quality and 140dB & 3d DNR reduce image noise and provides a clear picture even in backlit conditions.

ANPR and Wiegand

Hikvision's new number plate recognition software has now been partnered with the Paxton Net2 access control system. The DS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZHSWG camera is able to read the users number plate and check their access control credential such as entry card or key fob over multiple formats which utilise the Wiegand interface. This means the user does not have to leave the vehicle to gain access through a car park barrier or gateway. This is particularly useful in applications such as work place car parks to increase the traffic flow and reduce congestion at entry points.
