EN54 Fire ReX Jeweller Range Extender

The Ajax EN54 Fire ReX Jeweller expands the range of a wireless network and delivers a stable connection for EN54 Line devices across a large or complex facility. The range extender connects to the control and indicating equipment (CIE) wirelessly or via Ethernet, delivering reliable communication through steel and concrete.
Up to 5 range extenders can operate within one Ajax system, and each supports any combination of devices for fire safety, automation, and intrusion protection. Mix devices within the CIE's limit to leverage the benefits of the integrated system, including visual verification of alarms.

• Scalable network design: Support for up to 5 Fire ReX units per system, covering areas up to ~35 km² when combined - suitable for multi-building sites, warehouses, or campuses. 
• Flexible connection options: Can link to the Control & Indicating Equipment (CIE) via wireless Jeweller protocol or Ethernet, ensuring stable communication even through concrete and steel structures. 
• Wide device compatibility: Supports all EN54-certified devices - fire detectors, alarms, manual call points - as well as intrusion protection and automation components, making it ideal for hybrid security setups. 
• Backup power support: Works with internal EN54 backup batteries (either 24 h or 72 h variants), ensuring uninterrupted operation even during mains outages.
• Tamper and fault monitoring: Built-in tamper detection immediately alerts if the enclosure is opened or the device is tampered with, helping maintain system integrity. 
• Quick, simple installation: Designed for efficient setup - no complicated cabling, supports wall mounting, and integrates via Ajax apps for fast configuration and commissioning.
