I have an Enforcer v11 currently fitted with a GPRS communication device fitted with a SIM card to notify me via the Home Control+ app in the event of a trigger as there is no Wi-Fi option available. Only problem is there can be a delay in the app alerting you when the alarm triggers so can I add the Pyronix DIGI-PSTN/VOICE Voice Dialler and have both modules active at the same time so that I can still use the home + app?

You can only fit one comms module into the panel but you could use an external voice dialler like the FPV2TEL triggered by an output from the panel instead.

Hello, I have the Pyronix Enforcer WiFi (RKP/KIT1-UK). Can this be installed as well as the existing WiFi functionality? If there's an alarm trigger, it would be good for the Pyronix app to notify me (as it already does) but also to get a phone call in case I don't have an Internet connection. Many thanks

The current V10 Enforcer panel only supports single path communication. This is Wifi as standard. If you would like to receive a telephone call, I would suggest using a separate standalone PSTN dialler which can be connected to the bell output of this panel. This will call pre-set telephone numbers when triggered.
