The Ajax EN54 I/O Module (2×2) is a professional-grade input/output interface module designed for use with Ajax EN54-certified fire systems. It provides reliable integration between the Ajax Fire Hub Jeweller and third-party fire protection or building management devices, enabling advanced automation and system interoperability.
With two inputs and two relay outputs, the module allows connection of devices such as fire alarms, sirens, ventilation systems, gas shut-off valves, or other signalling units. It supports EN 54-18 compliance, ensuring it meets European fire safety standards for control and indication equipment.
Pre-installed batteries provide up to 5 years of autonomous operation. Real-time battery status is always visible in Ajax apps, so there is no need for unnecessary maintenance visits. Service companies also receive early low battery notifications for timely replacements. When it's time to change the batteries, the process is fast and straightforward: an installer simply removes the module's front lid.

An Ajax app specifies event types for wired device inputs. The
selected type determines the text of alarm notifications and events
of the connected device, as well as event codes transmitted to the
CMS. A PRO or a user with admin rights can configure the event type
in an Ajax app. |
