The Ajax EN54 FireProtect (VAD) is a wireless visual alarm device (VAD), designed to provide reliable early fire detection in line with the EN54 European fire safety standard. The integrated strobe light delivers a clear visual alert, ensuring warnings are both seen and heard — ideal for environments where audible alarms alone may not be sufficient.
EN54 FireProtect Jeweller sounders and VADs are a fusion of signature Ajax user experience and EN 54-certified reliability. Within three seconds of a fire alarm, they deliver audible, visual, or combined alerts. Regardless of the version, the devices are equally suited for wall or ceiling mounting. Installation itself takes just minutes — no disassembly required, with built-in communicators already in place. Maintenance is just as effortless, thanks to real-time monitoring, early low-battery warnings in Ajax apps, and swift battery swap.
