The doubly-versatile Sentinel Dual (Low Power) combines installation flexibility with fantastic functionality and ease of maintenance. The SDH 1500 has a 1500 VA power rating and provides perfect protection for blade servers, sensitive electro-medical devices, industrial machinery, and emergency lighting systems. It’s combination of installation versatility, compact design, and outstanding performance make the SDH a proven solution for protecting Edge applications too.
Install the plug and play SDH as either a 2U rackmount UPS or a freestanding tower simply by adding the accompanying handles or optional rack supports. LCD display panel showing key data such as voltage and current operating status easily rotates 90 degrees to suit your installation configuration.
Sentinel Dual Low Power is designed to handle non-linear loads typically found in blade servers, with its revamped inverter helping to deliver > 0.98 power factor and 92% efficiency in online UPS mode.
High overload capacity of up to 150% plus high short circuit current on bypass.
ECO operating mode boosts efficiency to 98%, reducing your power consumption and energy costs. User-replaceable batteries are hot-swappable for easy maintenance.
Fan speed adjusts according to the current load, minimising the amount of noise the UPS generates.
Dedicated EnergyShare socket enables you to disconnect less important equipment and loads during power problems. This ensures valuable battery runtime is prioritised towards your most critical loads.
In-built battery testing runs automatically or can be started manually. Extended runtime versions with additional battery boxes available (2200VA and 3000VA models only) for applications requiring long battery autonomies up to several hours.
