The Hikvision smart doorbell supports 2.4 GHz only. Most dual band routers allow you to either temporarily disable the 5 GHz frequency or separate the frequencies and create two networks. If you have separated the frequencies make sure your phone is connected to the 2.4 GHz WiFi network when you set-up the doorbell.
