I have an EZVIZ C3N which is set at lowest movement setting but records rain. Any suggestions how to stop this happening? Thanks

The camera records on all motion but should only notify you if it detects a human. I don't think there is any way to change this at the moment. I will feed this back to EZVIZ and suggest an option to record on AI events only rather than standard motion.

I've recently purchased the same camera, and 3 years on there's no answer to the 'rain' question. It still picks up heavy rain in front of the camera lens. Has this been remedied please ? Many thanks. - Dave 2 months
