No the PTZ-T4215I-D is an analogue or turbo (TVI) camera with a BNC video connector. You would need one of the Hikvision DS7200 series or HiLook hybrid DVR's for that camera.

Alternatively if you need an IP camera for a DS7600 NVR you could look at the HiLook PTZ-N4215I-DE or the Hikvision DS-2DE4215IW-DE(S5) both of which are IP network cameras with RJ45 connectors.
