Can a pyronix v11 be diy installed?

I am very capable of installing and programming an alarm system, I have installed 2 x Texecom Richochet systems in the past. I’m asking in relation to the cloud side of things, is a DIY installer like myself able to set this up or is it only registered installers that can do this? Thanks, John
