Do the batteries come with the panel, bell box and PIR's in the Pyronix Enforcer kits?

Yes, all Pyronix devices come with high capacity batteries when they are new. The bell box, panel and keypad use proprietary batteries while most detectors use standard lithium batteries like the CR123A. The Enforcer panel has a rechargeable battery pack installed that is charged continuously when the power is on to the panel.
