Pyronix alarm keeps timing out

My pyronix enforcer alarm system keeps timing out when I try to connect to it via the Wi-Fi app app I often get the message system polling or connection timed out. I am using Virgin Media which does broadcast both 5G and 2G signal together my signal strength on panel is 11 but I was thinking of setting up a Wi-Fi extender for just 2 g and connecting the panel to that do you think this will help Thanks Bart

hi i have had this problem too and it is indeed to do with the virgin router i had to setup a guest network and enable separation of the bands to get this to work correctly. The guest network that i created worked when a made the ssid and password less complicated
