Pyronix Enforcer alarm won't let me unset using a pin?

I can set my Pyronix Enforcer alarm using the pin number but it won't let me unset it.

Pyronix recently changed the default settings so a feature called restricted pin access is enabled. This can be changed under the engineer menu by setting the option to NO. Restricted pin use can be found under site options.
