I have just ordered the Pyronix euro 46 and also the 4 button wireless key fobs but have ordered the LAN ip module. Do I need the Wifi module for the wireless key fobs to work?

No the WiFi or LAN modules are only used for Internet connection to enable access with the App. To use wireless keyfobs with the Euro 46 you will need a wireless zone expander or ZEM-32 (see below link). https://connectec.uk/security/intruder-alarms/wireless-alarm-systems/wireless-alarm-panels-and-kits/pyronix-enforcer-32-zone-wireless-expander
