Pyronix Enforcer 11 panel is unresponsive

My Pyronix Enforcer 11 froze on area A when trying to unset. None of my codes would work. A power down sorted this problem but now the panel is stuck at 'please wait' and gets no further. As soon as I press any button the panel goes in to alarm. Everything has been good for last two years. No wiring, detectors or accessories have been changed. Keypad and siren are hard wired. What could be causing this?
