PRODUCT DETAILS
The GAER adjustable electronic door strike from CDVI is an extremely popular choice for fitters of video entry and access control systems and is often deemed the industry standard. The Fail-Secure design will ensure the lock stays closed when the power is removed. This are usually used in restricted areas that don't have high volume footfall and need to kept secure, such as IT or server rooms.
The GAER is non-handed, meaning it can be fitted to either side of the door frame, and the jaw is adjustable by up to 4mm. It also features a built in MOV (metal oxide varistor) which provides protection against ecteronic spikes, and can provide a holding force up to 350kg.
