The Hikvision DS-K1T341CMW is a touch screen facial recognition terminal that uses intelligent AI algorithms to recognise a human face and grant or deny access based on factors such as clearance status or if a face mask is being worn. It features a 4.3" LCD touch screen, a Mifare card reader, and 3,000 face capacity, 3,000 card capacity, and 150,000 event capacity. 2-way audio allows for non-face-to-face communication and can be used to prompt the use of a face mask before entry is granted.

Not only does the DS-K1T671M provide top level security, but it also ensures a safe environment against the spread of germs. Unlike conventional push-button or fingerprint scan access control systems, the DS-K1T341CMW is completely contact free, and can scan a face in a fraction of a second, reducing the number of users waiting to gain entry. Alerts can be set when the camera spots that a mask is not being worn and can sound prompts and refuse entry until the mask is in place. This can log an event on the recorder and create a report showing failed access requests.
