Akuvox R20K On wall SIP PoE Surface Mount Intercom With Keypad + RF Card Reader

The Akuvox R20K is a surface mounted, multi-user video intercom system that is designed to fit in narrow spaces. The stylish palm sized unit features a wide angle 2MP CMOS camera, a proximity card reader, and a call button, all housed in a 185 x 85 x 29mm brushed metal case.

The in-built microphone supplies crystal clear audio with echo cancellation, voice activation detection, and comfort noise generator. Visitors can be greatly from anywhere in the world and access can be granted remotely using the Akuvox app. 

Tenants have a choice of door unlocking methods, including PIN code, IC/ID cards, NFC and remotely through the app.

Cloud access and subscription

Akuvox products can be used with or without cloud access and storage. The Akuvox cloud can be accessed through the SmartPlus smartphone app and will allow you to receive video calls, operate relays, generate temporary QR access codes, view visit history, trigger photo taking, etc.

When a video intercom and a screen is bought at the same time, Akuvox will offer you free cloud access for life (although this version does not include the possibility of making calls on fixed lines).

If you do not require a screen, Akuvox offer cloud license on a yearly or lifetime basis. These licenses are valid for one residence/family, up to a total of 4 cloud users. Beyond 4 users, a subscription of 2 CHF per month will be required per additional user (for the 5th, 6th etc.).
