The Pyronix Doorbell/Cam 2 includes a 3MP QHD camera for clearer video, two-way audio, motion detection, and night vision. New features include an onboard siren that can be manually activated and customisable motion detection zone. It integrates with the Pyronix HomeControl2.0 app for easy remote monitoring and added control over home security.
Motion alerts notify users immediately when activity is detected near their door, even before the doorbell is pressed. This allows homeowners to monitor potential intruders or suspicious behaviour in real-time, providing a proactive layer of security.
With QHD video, the extra clarity allows users to discern finer details, such as faces, license/ number plates, or smaller objects in the frame, enhancing the effectiveness of a video doorbell for security purposes.
An onboard siren can scare off potential burglars or trespassers the moment suspicious activity is detected. This proactive security feature discourages criminal behaviour before it escalates, protecting the property without requiring user intervention.
