The Hikvision DS-TMC403-E/3106 is a traffic management bollard that is ideal for use in carparks, car dealerships, or restricted traffic areas. It features a 4MP ANPR camera with a 3.1 to 6 mm lens, a supplement light with 9 bright LED lights, and an integrated loudspeaker. 

The advanced deep-learning ANPR technology provides various functions, including vehicle license plate detection, vehicle without plate detection and antivehicle following.

• Allowlist and blocklist control: Supports importing and comparing the allowlist and blocklist, barrier gate linkage, and working offline
• Multiple trigger modes: Supports triggering via video, loop, radar, etc. It provides high capture rate and recognition via video. It can capture vehicles without license plates, and the capture rate is higher than 99.9%
