The Apollo 45681-702APO Discovery Sounder Base with Isolator is a multifunctional, addressable fire alarm accessory designed to combine audible alerting with intelligent loop protection. Ideal for modern fire detection systems, it integrates a sounder and short-circuit isolator within a single detector base, simplifying installation while enhancing system resilience.

Engineered for use with Apollo Discovery, XP95 and CoreProtocol systems, this unit provides reliable audible warning with up to 15 selectable tone pairs, allowing flexible configuration for evacuation, alert, or phased alarm signalling. Volume levels can be individually controlled from the fire panel, enabling precise adjustment to suit different environments.

The built-in isolator protects the loop by automatically isolating faults, helping maintain system integrity and ensuring continued operation of unaffected devices.
