The Ei144e Heat Alarm is a mains-powered unit designed to provide dependable fire detection in areas where smoke alarms are unsuitable, such as kitchens and garages. Using a thermistor sensor that activates at 58°C, it responds quickly to heat build-up from large flaming fires while remaining resistant to false alarms caused by cooking fumes or steam.

Equipped with a 9V alkaline battery back-up, the Ei144e ensures continuous protection even during mains power interruptions. The battery is easily replaceable and designed to last throughout the alarm’s lifespan. Supplied with an easi-fit base, installation is simple and efficient, making it ideal for both new systems and alarm replacements.

The Ei144e can be interconnected with other Aico alarms either through hard wiring or RadioLINK wireless interconnection, allowing all alarms in a property to activate simultaneously in the event of a fire.
