The Ajax Superior MotionProtect Fibra is a wired PIR motion detector designed to provide fast, accurate intrusion detection as part of the Ajax Fibra wired alarm system. Engineered for residential, commercial, and high-security applications, it combines advanced detection technology with intelligent digital signal processing to deliver reliable performance while minimising false alarms.
Using Ajax's secure Fibra communication protocol, the detector offers stable, encrypted communication with the Hub, ensuring fast alarm transmission and continuous device monitoring. Its sleek, modern design allows it to blend seamlessly into a wide range of interiors while providing dependable protection for key areas such as offices, retail spaces, corridors, and living areas.
Fibra communication requires minimum power consumption, with the detector consuming only up to 0.086 W at its peak. This low power consumption allows installers to connect multiple devices to a single Fibra line, extending wired connectivity.
Fibra operates on the TDMA principle. Each device has a short time frame to exchange data with a hub, and its communication module remains inactive the rest of the time. This significantly reduces power consumption and helps avoid interferences even when multiple devices communicate simultaneously.
