The Ajax Rain or Sun Hood is designed to protect the MotionProtect Outdoor PIR detector from the elements. Snow and rain can cause false alarms by triggering the Anti-Masking feature, the Hood protect the sensor and can be fitted in seconds without the need to dismount the detector.
