Featuring a 12m detection range and an 85.9° detection angle, the DS-PDPC12PF-EG2-WE will take up top 20 real time images, combine them into a GIF and send them to your mobile device before sounding the alarm, exposing the intruder before they know they have been detected.

Using CAM-X and Tri-X protocols, the DS-PDPC12PF-EG2-WE allows super-fast transmission of alarm messages and images without any interference across channels, with a transmission distance up to 800m.

False alarms are eliminated thanks to digital temperature compensation and up to 30KG pet immunity.

Photo capture can be achieved automatically when the alarm is triggered, or manually via the Hik-Connect app whenever the user desires.  

Colorvu - Colour Images in darkness

Colorvu is the name for Hikvision's new ultra-low light technology. Colorvu technology is designed to deliver clear colour images in scenes with almost no light without relying on infrared. Colorvu works by combining large image sensors with advanced image processing which in independent tests has proven to deliver the best images in scenes with very little light.

Colorvu cameras often feature a built-in white light that can provide illumination in complete darkness which allows Colorvu cameras to deliver full colour images 24 hours a day regardless of the lighting condition.

Having colour images helps with subject identification, number plates capture and provides accurate context which is lost on conventional cameras.

Designed for Simplicity

The DS-PDPC12PF-EG2-WE is powered by an onboard battery with a life of up to 6 years and its advanced polarising IR lens offers more uniform night illumination and excellent night shots. In addition, there is a large integrated memory buffer for image storage.

The DS-PDPC12PF-EG2-WE is easy to install and is fully controlled and configured via a tablet or smart phone using the Hik-Connect app. It uses Tri-X, a new generation of wireless protocol, which ensures a strong and steady network at all times, and the two-way communication is AES-128 encrypted. Frequency hopping rapidly switches transmitting radio signals among several frequency channels for reliable transmission and makes it much more difficult to jam the signal.
