Can these be used on two different systems i.e at home and at the office

No, the keyfobs are paired to the panel and cannot be paired to another one at the same time.

Can this fob be used for 2 zones? E.g to arm/disarm the downstairs zone and to arm/disarm all zones for when I leave the property? I already have the zones setup for my alarm. If this is not possible from one fob will it be possible using 2 fobs? Thanks

Yes it can. The top buttons will arm and disarm the whole system. The third button down is programable and will allow you to choose the zones you wish to control.

Unfortunately not. Once a keyfob is paired to a panel, it will only operate this panel until you relearn the keyfob to another panel. It will only work with one panel at a time.

I have two of this for my doors at home and recently lost one-I think it’s in the house somewhere:
1. Is there a way to find it-by making it beep somehow?
2. How do I get a new one to work-can I program it myself or I need an engineer
3. If a new one is programmed does the lost one stop working?

Unfortunately Pyronix do not offer this as a separate component. A replacement keyfob would be the only option.

The keyfob will need to be programmed to the panel in order for it to work. This has to be done through the manager or engineer menu.

This function needs to be progreammed on the main panel first and requires two buttons to be simultaneously pushed to trigger a panic alarm.

Remover the small cross head screw on the rear and remove the plastic cover. There are two types of battery. One has small tags and the other does not. Both are available on our website
