The Pyronix BATT-KF1215 is a replacement 3 volt lithium battery that is suitable for the Mk1 and Mk3 wireless Enforcer keyfob (KEYFOB-WE). The BATT-KF1215 lasts up to 2 years with normal operation.

The BATT-KF1215 is also a suitable replacement for the now discontinued BATT-CR1/3N which was used in the Mk1 keyfobs.

This is the genuine Pyronix replacement part.

My pyronix enforcer fob has a CR/KF1 battery. This has two tiny rectangles of metal stuck on the ends. My replacement battery is a Varta 0917 and came with some loose L shaped bits of metal. I tried using this without and without the L shaped bits wedged in at each end but I don't see any power lights. Is this a faulty battery or am I doing something wrong with the metal bits? Thanks.

The MK2 Pyronix keyfobs used a battery with these metal mounts attached. The battery you require can be found here...

If you replace the battery with the correct type and it still isn't working, it may be a faulty fob

If you use the search bar at the top of the page and search for Pyronix Key Fob Battery, there are 2 types. The older style have the 'ears' that are used to secure it in place, the newer style are just the standard battery shape. Please compare your existing one to the images to determine which style you require.

If the battery doesn't have soldered tags on it's the BATT-KF1215 otherwise, if it does have soldered tags it's the BATT-CR/KF1.

For Pyronix Keyfobs, simply remove the screw and battery cover, prise out old batery gently and install the new battery taking note of the correct orientation for polarity as stamped on the unit.
