Will this allow a call to be received from the panel or only a text message ?

The GPRS communicator (requires a sim card) is designed for data communication enabling notifications in the Pyronix App. For text messaging you would need a GSM communicator and for voice messaging, you would need a PSTN dialler.

Will the gprs module fit inside the enforcer. Or will I need to use a separate enclosure?

The enforcer supports one communication module and the module fits inside the panel. The V11 enforcer has build in wifi and will support this communication as a second communication channel. The V10 has a separate wifi card installed which would need to be removed to allow you to replcae it with the GPRS module.
