PRODUCT DETAILS
Our armoured telecoms cable is ideal for external installations or direct burial thanks to its ultra tough HDPE jacket and additional protection from a layer of steel wire twisted around the inner of the cable.
The SWA telecoms cable is constructed with 5 or 10 pairs of solid copper within a petroleum jelly moisture barrier and a layer of steel wire contained within a tough UV stable heavy duty Polyethylene jacket

I've purchased 200m of 5-pair wire. For simplicity I've used the orange and blue wires, but I'm getting dropouts. Is it because I should have used a colour with the white it's twisted with. I couldn't see the twists in the cable unlike CAT5/6 cable which have very obvious twists.
