The RGL DS-002 is an electronic door release mechanism with a fail-safe design, which ensures the lock stays open when the power is removed. These are usually used in areas that have high volume footfall and need to be kept open in the event of an emergency such as stairwells.
The DS-002 is a flush mounted lock which offers a clean and compact design whilst still providing a holding force of up to 400kgs, making it ideal for access control applications in wooden internal doors.
